I’m starting to actively promote Stone’s Kiss for its late November release date. (We’ll see how that goes) Tomorrow I’ll be guest posting at Brynna Curry’s blog http://www.brynnacurry.com/ and everyone will have a chance to meet Lillian and Gregory in a short story that takes place twelve years before the events of Stone’s Kiss.
In other news, I’m busy editing both Stone’s Kiss and Betrayal’s Price, as well as finishing Herd Mistress. (Woot!) I’m almost done writing that one. Up next is a Sci-Fi romance novella I started last winter, and then it’s NaNoWriMo, which stands for National Novel Writing Month. http://www.nanowrimo.org/
I’ve never actually signed up for NaNoWriMo, but it sounds insane so I think I’ll try it. If you aren’t familiar with NaNoWriMo, the goal is to write 50,000 words of a novel in one month. Now remember an average novel is between 60, 000 and 100,000 words. So 50k is 2/3 of a novel. (Which under normal circumstances takes more than a month. But, hey, all writers are insane–why not!
